The company is therefore in search of recent Graduates from any of the tertiary institutions around the country and abroad who are residents of Lae in the both the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering fields.
The program will run for two years and there will be on a rotation basis covering across the whole business.
To be considered for the role you need to have the following:
- Strong Leadership qualities
- Basic to intermediate MS Office skills
- Be able to fit in, adapt and adjust
- Willing to learn
- Open mindedness with a good positive attitude and approach
- Have good initiative and can work under pressure
- Maximum of two years prior work experience will be a bonus
